Our Story

Family-Run,
Above the Water

Arzella has looked out over Marsalforn's working harbour since 1986, on the corner where the village meets the open sea. The name is Maltese for a clam shell — a fitting one for a kitchen built around whatever the boats below bring in that day.

The relationship with Marsalforn's fishermen hasn't changed since the family opened. Neither has the view: past the harbour wall, out over Menqa Harbour.
